Re-reading this, I realised that this article also refers to a couple of other brands, including Microsoft Windows and the Explorer utility that it comes with. However, the same argument could be said to apply to this -- Windows is necessary for this manual to work, and it won't work on any other operating system.

  1. FTP is a good option only when there is someone to manage it well. On the other hand, Binfer is a more secure and cheaper alternative to FTP. See http://www.binfer.com/solutions/tasks/ftp-alternative-or-replacement
